This post is a little delayed but I am happy to post it. In March I had the chance to work with Ashley Anastasio- a great young chef.
We decided to make gnocchi as it is an easy recipe but everyone seems to think its hard to make. I thought this too. It does take time but it would be great to make on the weekend – freeze and pull it out throughout the week for dinner.
Here are the first shots I had a chance to edit yesterday. I will add a couple more to this post in a day or two.
Hope this encourages everyone to make some food from scratch 🙂
